Terms of Use for Karanty Home Shield, LTD.
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which set forth the legally binding terms and conditions between you (“You”) and Karanty Home Shield LTD (“Karanty” or the “Company” or “we”, “our” or “us”). It governs your access to and the use of Karanty’s website or application (together the “Platform”).

Your access to use our Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms, all applicable laws, conditions and policies referenced here apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Service.

| “Account” | means a unique personified account registered in the name of the User and which contains details of the User’s transactions/operations on the Platform (as defined below). |
| “Skilled Professionals” | means any of the following: (a) “” Skilled Professionals” refers to Technicians, Plumbers, Electricians, Tillers, Roofers and other trades men who are qualified to provide home maintenance and appliance repair services within the scope of their respective skillset and the Applicable Laws. |
| “Platform” | means the Karanty website or applications accessible at https://karanty.com/ and the Karanty application |
| “Service (s)” | means all products and services provided to you by Karanty and as described in clause 3 of these Terms. |
| “User” | means a person who completes the registration process for the purpose of making use of our Services, including visitors. |
| “User-Submitted Content” | means all information and data (including text, images, photos, videos, audio, and documents) or any other content in any media and format that you, directly or indirectly, provide or make available to us in connection with your use of the Platform. |
The Service is offered subject to acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published on the Platform by Karanty, which are incorporated by reference, including operating rules, policies and procedures of third-party service providers to the Platform that are referenced herein. These Terms apply to every user of the Service.
In addition, the services offered through the Platform may be subject to additional terms and conditions adopted by Karanty. Your use of those services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by this reference.
Karanty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms from time to time by posting the updated terms on the Platform. It is your responsibility to check the terms periodically for changes. If you object to such changes, your sole recourse will be to cease using the Platform and the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to the Terms will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
Karanty reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including but not limited to, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time for any reason. Karanty may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict your access to parts of or the entire Platform without notice or liability.
3.1 Karanty is a technology platform that connects i) users of Karanty Technologies, mobile applications or websites provided as part of the Services (each, an “Application”) who are seeking repair services for Home Appliances, Home maintenance, installation of TV or smart home devices, or related digital device support services to ii) a network of third party service providers, including independent third party repair professionals and third party logistics providers under agreement with Karanty Home Shield Technologies (“Third Party Professionals”). The Services are made available solely for your personal/noncommercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing in a separate agreement with you.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT KARANTY HOME SHIELD, LTD. DOES NOT PROVIDE HOME MAINTENANCE REPAIRS AND/OR REPAIR OR SUPPORT SERVICES OR LOGISTICS OR TV OR HOME APPLIANCE DEVICE INSTALLATION AND/OR SUPPORT OR FUNCTION AS A REPAIR SERVICES COMPANY OR TV OR SMART HOME INSTALLATION AND/OR SUPPORT COMPANY. KARANTY HOME SHIELD, LTD TECHNOLOGIES SERVICES ARE TO BE USED BY YOU, IF AT ALL, FOR THE PURPOSE OF REQUESTING AND SCHEDULING REPAIR OR INSTALLATION OR SUPPORT SERVICES OR LOGISTICS SERVICES WITH THIRD PARTY PROFESSIONALS FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICES, BUT YOU AGREE THAT KARANTY HOME SHIELD, LTD HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU RELATED TO ANY REPAIR OR INSTALLATION OR SUPPORT SERVICES OR LOGISTICS PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE THIRD PARTY PROFESSIONALS THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS.
KARANTY HOME SHIELD, LTD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SUITABILITY, SAFETY OR ABILITY OF THIRD PARTY PROFESSIONALS. IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF A THIRD PARTY PROFESSIONAL WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL KARANTY HOME SHIELD, LTD PARTICIPATE IN DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND A THIRD PARTY PROFESSIONAL. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO SITUATIONS INVOLVING THIRD PARTY PROFESSIONALS THAT ARE POTENTIALLY UNSAFE, OFFENSIVE, HARMFUL TO MINORS, OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE, AND THAT YOUR USE OF THIRD PARTY PROFESSIONALS ARRANGED OR SCHEDULED USING THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND JUDGMENT. KARANTY HOME SHILED. SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR TRANSACTIONS OR RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTY PROFESSIONALS.
3.2, Karanty does not engage in the practice of repairs and maintenance, we work with trades men and technicians, who provide maintenance and repair services via our Platform. Such skilled professionals are not employed by us, and are solely responsible for the quality and appropriateness of the care and advice they render to Users.
Representations and warranties are statements and promises made by you to Karanty, which we rely on as being accurate in our dealings with you. You make the following representations and warranties to us at the time of agreeing to these Terms and every time you use the Services;
In consideration of your use of our Platform, we will charge a Service Fee. The Service Fee will be set at a value and charged in a manner determined by Karanty from time to time and you hereby agree that the fees are acceptable, and you are satisfied with the fees before you use the Platform. Payment processing services for Users on the Platform are provided by our payment service providers and are subject to the service agreement between Karanty and its payment service providers. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a User on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the service agreement between Karanty. and its service providers, as the same may be modified from time to time.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karanty, its affiliates and subsidiaries, its officers, directors, employees and agents, against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of reputation and all interest penalties and legal and other reasonable professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred as a result of:
In no event shall Karanty, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Karanty, shall not be liable for failure to perform, or for delay in performing its obligations hereunder if such failure or delay shall be due to natural disasters, war, riot, civil commotion, weather, pandemics, epidemics, labour disputes, failure of sub-contractors or any other cause beyond its reasonable control and whether or not of a similar nature to the foregoing.

Karanty reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Service is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Karanty encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
